Only online registration is available. We do not accept registrations by phone, email, fax, etc.

Please click [Register for free] on the event website, enter your company e-mail address in the [In Person Register for free] option, and then click [Continue].

If you wish to attend the session at the venue, please register for the session from the timetable page after registering for the event, and you will be given priority when the session venue opens, incase the session is full.

Those who select [Go to Salesforce+ (Live Streaming)] will be able to watch the session online. No prior registration is required for sessions to be viewed online.

Please click [Registration for free)] on the event website, select [Salesforce+] in the participation options displayed, and click [Register for free] on Salesforce+.

Please note that you will need to register both on-site and online.

No, you must register individually. Also, you cannot register for multiple people with the same e-mail address, so please register with individual e-mail addresses.

If you would like to attend the sessions at the venue on-site, we strongly recommend you to book your sessions in advanceas the number of seats is limited.
Those who have booked the session will be given priority to enter when the venue is open, incase the session is full.
You can book sessions on the "Timetable" page by clicking "Attend on-site" in the session area, when you login to the event website.
You cannot apply for another session in the same time slot as the session you have applied for.

For online viewing, you don't need to register for each session.
Anyone who has registered for this event can log in to Salesforce+ and watch all sessions which are on streaming.

You can apply to the waiting list of only workshops.
- If you have already applied to a session in the same time slot as the workshop, please cancel the session before applying to the workshop waiting list.
- After you apply to the waiting list, you can apply to another session in the same time slot. In that case, your application to the session will be automatically canceled as soon as your participation in the workshop is confirmed.

As for other sessions than workshops, you might be able to participate if there is a space. Please feel free to come to the session room.

After logging in to the event website, please select [Confirm/Edit your registration] in the menu and click [Ticket], then show the 2D code at the event reception.
You can also check the 2D code in the reminder email sent before the event.

Please enter from the south entrance of the hotel and speak to the hotel staff at the 1st floor entrance. They will guide you to the elevator to the B2 floor. When you arrive at the B2 floor, please come to the support desk.
